Originally from London, England, Penny now lives in Todmorden, a small Pennine town in the North of England, with her husband Laurence, son Toby, and their cat Desmond! Penny loves experimenting with colour and creating artworks spontaneously, as well as designing to commission for publishers and manufacturers. She has a wide range of styles including quirky and cute characters, cute little retro children, abstracts and florals.
