Good Morning today is my turn to share a creation with you, I am using a Gillian Roberts stamp called I’m A Rock Star, I really enjoying making cards for the males in my life…

I have coloured him with markers, I am sorry I don’t have the colours but will remember this for next time, I have used some Rock star papers as I thought these would go well with him, and some die cut music notes and stars and even though it is for a boy I have added some glitter, thank you for looking today biggest of hugs love Pops x

Penguin and Tree

Hi Everyone! When I started my card for my post, I had to choose an image to use first. (There are so many adorable Stampavie images that it can be hard to choose which one to use next!) I decided to pull out this adorable Penguin and Tree image by Gillian Roberts.

I just love cute little penguin stamps and this one is definitely cute! I used some patterned paper from Echo Park’s Season’s Greetings paper pad. I added some bells and a silver filigree corner from Wild Orchid Crafts and some baker’s twine.

After coloring my image and stitching it to a red cardstock layer, I added some white fun flock to the penguin’s cap and some polar white flower soft below the image. I also used some spica pens to add some glitter to the ornaments and star on the Christmas tree.

Let it Snow

Hi Everyone! It’s my turn again today to share a card. I was looking through my stamps to choose an image to use and decided to pull out one of Gillian Roberts’ older Christmas/Winter images called Snowman.

I love snowman images and this one is absolutely adorable! I used some patterned papers from Cosmo Cricket’s Jolly By Golly paper pad.

I added some white fun flock to the snowman’s hat and some polar white flower soft to the snow beneath them and on the tree. I used a sentiment from Tina’s Wenke’s new Merry Christmas stamp set and finished off my card with some flowers and pearls from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Hi Everyone! Sorry I am late with my post today. My little one is teething and I just didn’t get a chance to finish up my card last night so I could post it. Anyway, when I was deciding which image to use for my card today, I came across this adorable image from Gillian Roberts called Teenage Love. My husband and I met when we were kids so it kind of reminds me of us back then.

Isn’t this such a sweet image?! I stamped the image on copic x-press it cardstock with tuxedo black memento ink and colored it with copic markers. I used some patterned papers from College Press’s Hometown Summer line. I added some stitching and some blue baker’s twine. I die cut my sentiment using a labels 8 nestability die and added my image and sentiment using foam adhesive.

Hot and wonderful summer to all of you!

I made the card using Gillian Robert’s stamp.

Denwent Inktense pencils are used for colorine and for blending I used Pergamant Dorso-oil with stump.

Backing Papers are from Lover’s Lane Country Companions collection.

Bow is made of gauze.

Flowers and pearls are from my old stash.

Cat pendant I painted with white crafting paint.

There is a hint of Duncancraft Glitter Snow to be seen as well.

Hello! It’s my turn to post today and I have a card with Gillian Roberts’ Fiona. I added a sentiment for a friend but she’d also be perfect for a Mother’s Day card, don’t you think?

I cut her out with the largest of the Labels 14 Spellbinders die but I still wanted a brown border so I traced the outside of the die and cut it out by hand. The flower border is from the EK Success Daisy Chain punch and 2 of the flowers were trimmed off to place in the center of the bigger Retro Flower punch.

Fishing Fun

It’s my turn to post again and I have a Gillian Roberts image to share with you. Fishing Fun is animge of an adorable little boy and his dog sitting on a dock spending time together and trying to catch a fish with a homemade fishing rod. I think the two of them are just precious.

Kittie’s Bow

Good morning! I’m not wearing a bow today so don’t be fooled by the title of my post. My project is made using a new Stampavie Gillian Roberts image called Kittie’s Bow. I have been having so much fun lately using my Martha Stewart flower and foliage punches and creating little garden scenes aroundan image. This little girl and cat image was perfect to pop up in a crisp white eyelet frame with a fun gingham background.

I stamped the image on watercolor paper, watercolored using reinkers mixed with water and cut out. I punched and created several flowers using embossed cardstock and I punched out foliage using crimped cardstock. I think the embossed and crimped cardstock adds texture to the flowers and greenery and makes them look more alive. I also stamped all the foliage with the mini fern stamp found in my Outdoor Master. I attached the image to the base of the card and then the white frame. I arranged the garden by layering the foliage in front of and behind the image using Matte Accents. Once the foliage was in place I added the little flowers to finish.

Gillian Roberts Fishing Fun

What a perfect image for any boy or man card! I just love this Gillian Roberts Fishing Fun little guy- and his adorable puppy. And after looking at the image, somehow I got from that to a clear pail on my shelf, to a bait bucket! LOL

Pretty wild huh? I think it is fun, and thought the gummy worms inside were the perfect addition. Handed it to Hubby and he looked up at me and said, you think I am going to eat those??? Well I guess not now, hopefully maybe my nephew will like it – I still think it is fun. The Gillian Roberts image is colored with Copics – the scalloped top is punched with a jumbo EK Success border punch. I hand cut the grass… don’t think I had to tell you that though. The tiny flowers are EK Success Retro flower punches centered with liquid pearls.

A bit of a change – but it really was fun to put together and made me smile. Does it make you smile? If so than that makes me happy too!
