I had a great time this weekend creating a project with Noel Eve. Each of the Noel Collections bring back memories of old-fashioned holidays. I stamped the image on watercolor paper and again on scrap watercolor with black craft ink and heat set. I painted all the images using reinkers and then began cutting out the skillet, coal bucket, teapot and dress to pop up over the scene. I embossed all the pieces and scene with clear embossing powder while the ink was still wet to create the appearance of a tile. I popped up the images with glue dots and then layered over Graphic 45 designer paper. I ran white taffeta ribbon over an Antique Linen ink pad to color for aging and created a multi loop bow.
