My First Post

Hi Everyone!!!!!!!  This is my first ever post on the Stampavie design team blog.  I wanted to pop in and share my Splitcoaststampers Limited Supply Challenge card.  The challenge today was to make a project with a Christmas tree.  I couldn’t think of anything sweeter to use than the Sarah Kay Noel Faith image from the new Noel 2009 collection.

KC Sarah Kay Noel Faith

I stamped the image on cold pressed watercolor paper and heat set to dry.  I used an artist pen to sketch in the floor, baseboard and wall and then colored with water, reinkers and a watercolor brush.  I layered my main image on designer paper and embellished with a multi multi loop bow.

I have had a long work week but was excited to get home early enough today to get my fingers inky. I am looking forward to a relaxing weekend I hope you enjoy yours as well.
