Hello everybody,

My name is Monique Lokhorst. I am a working mum. I am married with Kees and we have 3 kids. Since august 2009 I joined the Design Team from Stampavie, off which I am very proud. I love the stamps from the Designers they work with.

For my first card at this blog I have used a stamp from Tina Wenke. A lovely stamp which I have colored with Distress Ink. After I had finished the painting I used a spellbinder to get the round shape. I have colored this lovely stamp together with my son Bob, he told me what colors to use. He enjoyed sitting next to me while I was making this card.

I have used green Cardstock. The paper is from a paper pad from Basic Grey and it is called Lemonade.

The pink beads and the pink ribbon I have found in a local shop. I have put some pearls from Kars on it in the centre.

On the candles I have used Stickles and Glossy Accent. The flowers are from Prima Marketing.

I used the folowing colors: Vintage Photo, Tea Dye, Dried Marygold, Faded Jeans, Broken China, Aged Mahogany, Fired Brick, Worn Lipstick, Tattered Rose, Frayed Burlap and Peeled Paint.

I hope you will enjoy the Stampavie Blog and visit us again!

Hugs,

Monique.
