I am just so taken by these remarkably cute images from Sarah Kay. Not only are they super fun to color, but they take me back to my childhood and remind me of a doll that I had growing up, and for this, a special place in my heart is forever etched.
Recently, I have begun to try and work on my coloring and shading techniques with my Copic Markers and this “Best Friends Forever” image was a perfect place to start. I so enjoy coloring in my favorite images and Stampavie has SO many of the images that I consider to be in that category! Coloring has become like therapy to me, LOL! I just adore it.
I added some pretty Primas to this card and some moss colored grosgrain and am going to give this card to my Mom because she, too, is reminded of my childhood with this image and is my biggest stamping “fan”. Besides, it just so happens that she loves to color, too.

Your card is beautiful and your colouring is great! I grew up loving the sweet images of Sarah Kay and I adore her stamps (I have only few, though) and all her stamps remind me of my childhood. I think that’s so great that your mom is your greatest fan.
