By validating an order via the site www.stampavie.com, the customer acknowledges and accepts these general sales conditions.

The customer acknowledges that they are perfectly aware that their agreement to the general sales conditions does not require a written signature of this document.

Access and the use of the site http://www.stampavie.com is reserved exclusively for registered businesses. The access to, and right to use, the site http://www.stampavie.com is subject to approval by Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL after reception and validation of documentary evidence of a valid business activity in the scrapbooking or arts and crafts sector generally speaking. Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL reserves the right to refuse, modify and or cancel access, in particular in the event a retail customer hard discounts STAMPAVIE products or sells through any form of auction.

Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL reserves the right to modify these general sales conditions at any time. The conditions applicable are those in vigour on the internet site http://www.stampavie.com at the moment the customer confirms their order.

Article 1 : Products

Each article proposed on the site http://www.stampavie.com is described and depicted by an image. The images and texts illustrating products are not contractual. Slight differences between the products on the site and the actual product may exist due to digital manipulation of the images.

Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL reserves the right to make modifications to products without written notice.

Article 2 : Product availabilty

Product orders are processed by queue position. In the event an article is not available, the customer may be offered partial shipment. Stampavie does not handle backorders.

Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL reserves the right to refuse sale and or site access to any company with which Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL considers itself in litigation, whether this litigation is pursued through court action or whether notified solely in writing. Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL further reserves the right to refuse sale and or site access to any company in liquidation, whether voluntary or under court order.

Article 3 : Price

Prices are indicated in euros (net of VAT) and only available to registered and approved customers. Prices exclude delivery costs which are indicated before order confirmation and which remain at the customer's expense. Prices are only valid at the date the customer confirms their order.

A minimum order value of EUR 75.00 is required on all orders, delivery costs excluded.

Customs duties, import taxes or other dues may be required of the customer when importing the products into their country. These sums remain at the expense of the customer and in no case are they the responsibilty of Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL.

The products remain the property of Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL until complete payment is received.

Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL reserves the right to freely alter its prices.

Article 4 : Orders

Following confirmation of an order, the customer will receive an email concerning their order status :

- pending : your order is received and awaiting processing
- processing : payment has been received and your package is being prepared
- shipped : your package has been shipped (you will receive an online tracking number with this mail)

Article 5 : Invoicing

Your hard copy invoice is sent with your package shipment.

Article 6 : Payment

The customer has multiple payment possibilities, depending upon the payment method.

In all cases, the customer confirms to Stamp-and-scrap.com SARL that they have the necessary authorisations to use the payment method they have selected. The company Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL reserves the right to suspend any order or delivery in the event of payment refusal by the officially accredited organisations or in the event of non payment.

1. Payment by bank transfer.

Once your order is ready to ship, we will contact you with a request for payment of the order amount. The customer is informed of our IBAN, BIC and SWIFT codes at the moment they make their order. Please perform a bank transfer using the precise IBAN, BIC and SWIFT numbers, with a mention containing your order number for reference. The customer agrees to pay all bank charges for the bank transfer.

2. Payment by credit card.

You are only charged once your order is ready for shipment. No credit card details are required when you pass your order. To speed up processing of orders, Stampavie requests that customers complete a credit card authorization form available in the download zone.

Article 7 : Shipment

Products ordered are shipped to the delivery address indicated during ordering. Shipments are sent using the Colissimo package service which requires signature at delivery. The customer receives an online tracking number for their shipment.

The customer agrees to verify the condition of the shipment at arrival and to indicate to the transporter, in writing within 48 hours, of any damage in order to enable Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL to pursue a claim against the Post Office. The customer agrees to retain all packing materials in the event of damaged goods for inspection.

Article 8 : Shipment costs

Shipment costs are calculated automatically on the site when placing the order and depend upon the weight of goods ordered.

Article 9 : Defects and returns

The customer has 7 working days, from the delivery date, to contest any damaged products or inexact products with respect to their order. After this delay the products are reputed conform and accepted by the customer.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Returns will be shipped at purchaser's expense and a 15% restocking fee required. Refunds will be issued by IBAN transfer at customer's expense within 30 days after satisfactory inspection has been performed. All product packages must be unopened and in their original inner packs (multiple packs). We cannot accept returns on partial packages or packages with price stickers.

Article 10 : Guarantee

Products purchased on www.stampavie.com are guaranteed 12 months from the date of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover damages due to careless manipulation, abnormal use, improper care or poor maintenance.

Article 11 : Responsibility

All products for sale conform to French legislation at the time of ordering.

Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL will not be held responsible for the non-execution of a concluded contract in the event of rupture of stock, of force majeure, of industrial dispute, of flooding, of fire or IT systems failure. In particular, Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL declines any responsibility for damages or injuries caused, either directly or indirectly, from the use of its products.

Article 12 : Personal data protection

Information supplied by a customer is confidential and is only used for the processing of orders and for communication towards the customer. No personal information is given to third parties.

All use of brands and trade names is with permission and subject to legal contract between Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL and the original intellectual rights holder. Brands and trademarks remain the intellectual property of their original owners.

Any unauthorised use constitutes forgery and shall be punished according to the intellectual property laws in vigour.

Article 15 : Litigation

The general terms and conditions herein defined are subject to French law.

The French language version of this document is considered reference and binding.

In the event of litigation, the customer agrees to seek an amicable solution with Stamp-and-Scrap.com SARL. Otherwise, the courts of Bourg-en-Bresse, France, are solely competent.
