| About STAMPAVIE |
Stampavie was launched in February 2008 with the aim of producing stamp collections by leading illustrators aimed specifically at card makers and paper crafters.
Living in France and being themselves Austrian and Scottish respectively, Heidi and Stuart sought to find a name that worked well across cultures. Stampavie is pronounced "Stampaaveee" and comes from the marriage between the English word Stamp and the French "à vie" which means "for life" or "forever". So Stampavie could literally mean "stamp for life".
Our stamps
Being an avid stamper herself, Heidi recognized that stampers wanted to buy specific images instead of sets which often contain some stamps which remain unused. Stampavie's stamps are generally sold as single images, allowing the stamper the choose only the images they really want.
Stampavie's US manufacturing partner was carefully selected for their quality photopolymer which stamps beautifully, while also affording the added advantage that working with clear stamps brings.
Stampavie's collections include the adorable Sarah Kay, Australia's beloved illustrator that brought joy to millions in the 70's and 80's and who is again today conquering our hearts, cute animals collections by Tina Wenke, whimsical designs by Helz Cuppelditch, and additional collections by Gillian Roberts, Penny Johnson, Mo Manning, Rachelle Anne Miller, Leerè Aldrich and LeLo Design.
Stampavie's illustrators reflect the multi-cultural atmosphere at Stampavie, coming from the USA, Canada, UK, Germany and Australia.
Our wonderful illustrators
An art school graduate, Sarah Kay began her career working for an advertising agency in Australia. When her daughter became seriously ill, Sarah Kay needed something to entertain her. She began to draw happy children, set in peaceful and natural backgrounds, recollections of her own childhood spent on her grandparents' farm.
With 20 sketches ready, she sent them to one of Australia's largest greetings cards publishers... and the rest is history. Sarah Kay's drawings quickly grew beyond the realm of greetings cards and can be found in books, dolls, puzzles, bed linen, clothes, school bags, table wear and more.
Sarah Kay is discreet by nature, avoiding all advertisements and interviews and working in complete secrecy, rendering each of her works all the more precious. Sarah Kay depicts the peaceful universe we all seek, one of childhood happiness, sweetness, love and tenderness.

Our Design Team family
Howdy from South Texas! My name is Michelle Oatman; many know me as "MichelleO" or the Donkey Smiles lady. I have been very happily married for over 20 years to my best friend who is unbelievably supportive of my obsession of crafting. We live in the country where we raise Miniature Donkeys. They are my children, and are spoiled rotten.
I have been "scrapbooking" since my wedding, back in the days of paper, sticker and deco scissors, then came back to it almost 9 years ago and from there found the art of paper crafting and stamping. My scrapbooking now comes in behind my cards and my stamping and I adore collecting and inking all kinds of stamps, and trying all kinds of new techniques. I was happy with a few different stamps in the beginning, but soon saw that I had to have all of the cute stamps from many different makers. When I found Stampavie, I fell in love. Sarah Kay reminds me of sweet Victorian children in stories that I loved as a girl, and I adore the flowers and animals that are a part of nearly every detailed stamp. Rachelle Anne Miller is a fun look at life, Lily and Milo just bring a smile to me when I see them, and have pure joy when I am working on one of her animal images. They are just too fun. I look forward to the new collections and artist that will soon come on board.
Now besides my Mini Donkeys, I obsess with my stamping and coloring, and really don't rest well at night if I haven't had some time during the day to work "Color". It makes me happy to work with my collection stamps, papers and ink. And even happier when someone else gets a smile from something I have made.
Hi! Welcome to Stampavie! My name is Diane Zechman and I am thankful to be here, doing what I love and sharing my cards with you. I am a wife and mother, living in North-Eastern PA in the USA. I am also known as "Cookiestamper" because I love cookies and occasionally enjoy creating designs on them with cookie stamps.
I have been actively rubber stamping since the year 2000. Along the way I found the Splitcoaststampers website and was invited to join their Dirty Dozen team of designers which helps to support their ever-growing site. Over the past several years I have enjoyed many styles of stamping and I am thrilled to be working now with the Stampavie images. They are such a joy to create with! I hope you have as much fun with them as I do.
Hi! My name is Jay Jay and I'm the German Stampavie DT girl. As my Mum was handcrafting with me all my childhood long, I really love to craft! In the end of 2002 I started stamping and I adore cute stamps. In 2005 I totally fell in love with cute scenic stamping and now days my special love goes to the stamps from Stampavie. All of their stamps are so lovely. Sarah Kay for example reminds me (like almost everybody) of my childhood and the cute Rachelle Anne Miller images are drawn with so much love, I adore her teddy bears!
Did you ever look at the faces if you give away your self-made cards to your family, friends & others? I really love to see the joy in their eyes and that's why I love to make cards & things like this. I love to give them away to lovely people! And of course I'm really happy if I hear anybody likes my cards. So I hope I will inspire you here with my DT work!
